Before founding Advanced Compliance & Training Solutions (ACTS), Alex served as Executive Director for two Human Resources Consulting companies, where for the past decade he led teams, oversaw multi-state compliance operations, and supported hundreds of employers across diverse industries.
Throughout his multi-decade career, Alex has partnered with businesses in transportation, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and general industry to navigate complex labor laws and workplace safety requirements. His leadership philosophy is grounded in trust, transparency, and teamwork, empowering business owners to simplify compliance while strengthening their people, culture, and operations. While he has worked at large institutions, Alex has developed ACTS to scale appropriately to permit economical outside HR service-provider options.
